This I gotta tell you.  My wife works in a bank and last week a guy came in and said "I have become a Lord and want you to change all my bank accounts".  This was interesting she thought, so she asked to see what documentation he had.  "I've got a change of title deed" said he!!  So Sue asked for a look and nearly creased up laughing.  The change of title deed was from some Order of the Black Weasel (Lordships4U), but the change of title deed was just garbage.  "Wait there" said Sue, while she ran off to take a copy and show it to Mike, the bank manager.  She was laughing so much that poor Mike had to go back in and tell the guy it was best hung up in his outhouse and used for wiping.

The copy of the change of title deed got emailed to all the other branches, just to give everyone a chuckle.
